Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The validity of the e-Ticket is 2 months from the date of purchase.
2. The centre is close every Friday.
3. Ticket purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, pandemic, national crisis) or from our part (technical disruption, special event, group booking etc.), the e-Ticket purchased is subject to extended validity. Please refer to our Customer Care line or onsite officer for assistance.
5. Guests are encouraged to call the Customer Care line before visitation to avoid any issue.
